Thomas Babilon is a father of a Syracuse City School District student and has been a city resident for 17 years. Tom graduated from the University of Central Florida obtaining a bachelors degree in Political Science, then graduating with honors from the University of Florida College of Law. Tom is a licensed attorney who has been practicing law for 18 years. His legal career has been dedicated to public service, focussing his experience in the areas of municipal law, economic development, labor and employment relations, criminal defense, and family law. Tom served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Syracuse for almost ten years.
